At Joy7ul Energy, every product is thoughtfully curated and carefully prepared. Because many of our items are handcrafted, made in small batches, or contain natural materials, please review our policy before placing your order.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Joy7ul Energy does not issue refunds to original payment methods.
Store Credit Eligibility (Jewelry Only)
Eligible jewelry purchases may be returned for store credit under the following conditions:
• Return request must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery
• Item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Once the item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued electronically.
Body Oils & Glow Oils
Due to hygiene and safety considerations:
• All body oils are final sale
• All glow oils are final sale
• No returns, exchanges, or store credit are available for opened or used oil products
Custom Orders
All custom and made-to-order items are final sale, including:
• Custom sizing
• Personalized designs
• Special bead selections
• Custom bracelet requests
Custom products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, Joy7ul Energy will provide a replacement when available. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Natural Materials & Product Variations
Many Joy7ul Energy products feature natural stones, botanicals, flowers, shimmer elements, and other naturally derived materials.
Variations in color, pattern, texture, clarity, shape, and appearance are expected and make each piece unique. These natural differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, replacement, or store credit.
Shipping Disclaimer
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
Joy7ul Energy LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier-related issues, weather disruptions, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or packages lost after confirmed delivery.
If a package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
