During new collection launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of increased order volume, processing times may be extended.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

• Standard Shipping within the United States
• Local Delivery (when available)
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available for eligible addresses.
Local delivery fees are calculated at $0.80 per mile and will be displayed during checkout when available.
Delivery instructions should be provided at checkout to help ensure successful delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered:
• Joy7ul Energy is not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address
• Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error after placing your order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.
Joy7ul Energy LLC is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Weather-related delays
• Lost packages after confirmed delivery
• Stolen packages
• Shipping disruptions beyond our control
If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or store credit in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
